dc.description	Alejo Carpentier takes a stance on reality not only from Continental America, but from the novel of Latin America and with a historian´s perspective, from the intuition as a creator, researcher, and latinamerican, he pursues a journey through history and time. In each of his works, he portrays the nature of resistance that has characterized latin america, he sensed that there was another way to read American history and a different perspective for seeing ourselves, allowing an America of multiple texts and contexts, times, geographies and subjects that reveal different dimensions of our reality, dreams and actions we need to remember that re-create our freedom. Alejo Carpentier presents himself as an innovator and as a proposed reading that anticipated models.	en-US
