dc.descriptionSalman Rushdie’s Furia belongs to the postmodern literature flow, which tells us about the different crisis, that today, at the beggining of the XXI century, we all have to beare with, specially in the urban enviroment. In that way, not only I am going to analize the novel fron the postmodern perspective, but I will also decode the elements that shows the tiered globalized society, like consumism, the depen- dence on the media, the urban semiotics, and the confusion between reality and fiction.en-US
dc.descriptionLa novela Furiade Salman Rushdie se inserta dentro de la corriente de la literatura postmoderna, la cual se caracteriza por manifestar las diversas crisis que hoy, principios del siglo XXI, estamos enfrentando todos, particularmente en los ambientes urbanos. Así, se analiza el texto desde el paradigma postmoderno, y se decodifican aquellos elementos que, presentes en la novela, son claros síntomas de una sociedad globalizada que se agota, como el consumismo, la dependencia de la publicidad y los medios de comunicación, la semiótica urbana, la confusión ficción-realidad.es-ES
