The present article pretends to awake in the reader questions that are directly related with the educational exercise in the classrooms. It focuses in two fundamental aspects of the supervised teaching practice; one of them is the synchronicity and the other one is the codes that are required to communicate with the pupils, during the teaching and learning process. Throughout the years, the authors of this article have noticed something that became very significant in the analysis of the Supervised Teaching Practice, and this is the necessity of working in the Seminar course, as well as the practice itself keeping in mind the necessity of not only be familiar with the develop topics, neither have the best didactic resources, but also to be in rapport with teenagers by considering their socio cultural context and period of time, that is to say, their stage of adolescence. If we reflect on the previous conception, it means that we can settle down communication networks to maintain the synchrony, but what does it mean? Well, it means that we are using the same language, the same codes, and the same wavelength. For that reason, it is said that the synchronicity and the empathy that teachers can make with the students is, without doubt, one of the most important points in the supervised teaching practice.en-US
