Abstract

ResumenDel 4 de mayo al 8 de junio de 2011 se llevó a cabo en la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Costa Rica el I Ciclo de Intervenciones y Debates titulado Formarse como arquitecto, pensar la arquitectura, el cual tenía como objetivo abordar el vínculo entre la formación de un arquitecto y la manera en que hace y piensa la arquitectura. Como una manera de fomentar y extender la discusión que allí se produjo la revistArquis se honra en publicar en este número las ponencias presentadas durante ese ciclo, así como la transcripción editada de la sesión de preguntas y respuestas con el público que asistió al evento.AbstractFrom 4 May to 8 June 2011, the School of Architecture of the University of Costa Rica held the first Interventions and Debates Series under the title Training as an Architect, Thinking about Architecture. Its aim was to look at the bond between the training of an architect and the way in which s/he makes architecture and thinks about it. As a way of encouraging and disseminating the discussion there generated, revistArquis is honoured to publish in this issue the papers presented during the Series, as well as the edited transcription of the QA sessions with the public that attended the event.
