Abstract

PRESENTACIÓNEste trabajo de investigación aplicada busca implementar mini-proyectos interconectados de manera táctica, para que haya una complementación directa entre los diferentes subsistemas (movilidad, vegetal, vivienda, comercial, educativo), siendo el vegetal el que integre de forma tridimensional paisaje, edificación, cultura y plantas con la naturaleza como clave para provocar poderosas sinergias. A través de la escala pequeña, sin perder nunca el diseño y ordenamiento del territorio de forma integral, se buscará dar ritmo y carácter al espacio antropizado atendiendo a los procesos naturales que lo sustentan.Estos deberán permitir el acceso y usufructo por parte de la población posibilitando el crecimiento de sus componentes con una planificación orgánica en escalas macro e intermedia.Se elige el Sector Educativo de los cantones de Montes de Oca y Curridabat por su centralidad dentro de la GAM y su proliferación de instituciones y actividades relacionadas con lo académico. Se buscó actualizar su imagen, elevar su perfil y posicionarlo mejor a nivel nacional e internacional como sector educativo.A partir de los conceptos tradicionales de Kevin Lynch de sendas, nodos, hitos, bordes y distritos, se localizarán estos mini-proyectos a nivel macro, incluidos en la planificación de espacios verdes, de grandes piezas y pequeñas piezas. Se utilizarán los techos verdes y las paredes vivas como integración completa de edificación, paisaje y plantas para crear una topografía del espacio. PRESENTATIONThis applied research work seeks to implement interconnected mini-projects tactically, so that there is a direct complementarity between the different subsystems (mobility, plant, housing, commercial, educational), being the vegetal which integrates three-dimensional shape of landscape, building, culture and plants with nature as the key to bringing powerful synergies. This relationship generates a larger system that allows us to understand the context in an array of dynamic networks that changes the behavior of others.The small scale, without losing the design and spatial planning comprehensively, will seek to give rhythm and character to anthropic space basis of the natural processes that sustain it. These enable the access and use by allowing the growth of the components with an organic planning in macro and intermediate scales.The area is chosen for intervention is the Education Sector in the cantons of Montes de Oca and Curridabat. By recognizing its centrality within the GAM and proliferation of institutions and related academic activities; it will seek to update their image, raise their profile and better positioning at national and international level as an education sector.From the traditional concepts of Kevin Lynch of paths, nodes, landmarks, edges and districts, these mini-projects will be located at the macro level, including in the planning of green spaces, large pieces and small pieces. Green roofs and living walls will be used as tools as full integration of building, landscape and plants to create topographical space integration.
