dc.description	This paper answers the question: Was there heretic images during the Middle Ages? On the one hand, it analyses the heretic discourse concerning images. On the other hand, it examines the theological discourse as expressed by ecclesiastical authorities. In so doing, it is possible to observe a slow articulation of a figuration- and image-related orthodoxy. It is thus possible to observe how imagination concerning imagery was considerably limited by the eventual imposition of a canon. How the concept of “heresy” was effected with this purposes is central to this paper.	en-US
dc.description	El siguiente texto responde a la pregunta “¿Hubo imágenes heréticas en la Edad Media?”. Se analiza, por una parte, el discurso sobre la imagen de los movimientos heréticos durante la Edad Media. Por otra parte, se examina el discurso teológico de las autoridades eclesiásticas, en el cual trasparece la lenta construcción de una ortodoxia concerniente a la figuración y a la imagen. De esta manera puede observarse cómo la imaginación en lo que concierne a la imaginería fue considerablemente limitada por la imposición de un canon. La efectuación del concepto de “herejía” es central para este trabajo.	es-ES
