Resumen
Grupo Calivá, es una empresa dedica al mercado de seguros en Costa Rica, quién cuenta con representación del intermediario de seguros exclusivo del Instituto Nacional de Seguros, desde hace más de 35 años, la cual cuenta con el sello de distinción que le acredita como una empresa PYME. Actualmente no cuenta con un modelo de gestión del talento humano, lo cual facilite los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, evaluación del desempeño y desarrollo del personal, por lo cual surge la necesidad de desarrollar todos los modelos correspondientes, que permitan a la organización una base de recursos humanos basados en las competencias. Como métodos de investigación, se consideran la revisión documental, la observación, aplicación de entrevistas de incidentes críticos, talleres y aplicación de evaluaciones, el cual se aplicó a la totalidad de colaboradores de la organización. En relación con estos fue posible desarrollar, el Manual Descriptivo de Puestos de Grupo Calivá, con su respectivo diccionario de competencias, Modelo de Evaluación del Desempeño 270 grados, desarrollo del Plan de Carrera, entre otros insumos necesarios para la administración integral del recurso humano de la organización.
Grupo Calivá is a company dedicated to the insurance market in Costa Rica, which has been represented by the exclusive insurance intermediary of the National Insurance Institute, for more than 35 years, which has the seal of distinction that accredits it as a SME company. Currently it does not have a human talent management model, which facilitates the recruitment and selection processes, performance evaluation and personnel development, which is why the need arises to develop all the corresponding models, which allow the organization a base of human resources based on competencies. As research methods, documentary review, observation, application of interviews of critical incidents, workshops and application of evaluations are considered, which was applied to all employees of the organization. In relation to these, it was possible to develop the Calivá Group's Job Descriptive Manual, with its respective dictionary of competencies, 270-degree Performance Evaluation Model, development of the Career Plan, among other inputs necessary for the comprehensive administration of the human resources of the organization.
