EVALUACIÓN DE LA CONDICIÓN SUPERFICIAL DE LOS PUENTES DE LA RED VIAL NACIONAL

Abstract

El objetivo de la realización de las auditorías técnicas externas por parte de LanammeUCR es brindar un conjunto de hallazgos, desde una perspectiva constructiva, que sean una herramienta útil para la Administración en la implementación de mejoras necesarias. Asimismo, proporcionar un aporte para optimizar los procesos relativos a la gestión de la infraestructura vial en nuestro país. El siguiente informe desarrolla hallazgos sobre situaciones observadas en los puentes sobre las Rutas Nacionales visitadas en las Zonas Huetar Atlántica, Brunca, Chorotega, Central y Pacífico Central. De acuerdo con las giras realizadas entre los meses de enero y abril del año 2012. Se encontraron debilidades en el mantenimiento de las estructuras de los puentes, sustitución de barreras de contención vehicular para puentes con barreras flexibles sujetas con tornillos, en su mayoría los puentes requieren incorporar el componente de Seguridad Vial según el Decreto N°33148-MOPT, aproximaciones a las barandas, pasarelas peatonales, entre otros. Este informe propicia, de realizar las intervenciones requerimientos en los puentes de manera que se mejore la durabilidad de dichas estructuras, de tal forma que los recursos asignados a dicho propósito sean utilizados satisfactoriamente en su mantenimiento conforme con las contrataciones de la Licitación Pública N°2009LN-000003-CV.The overall purpose of the technical audits by LanammeUCR is to highlight the findings from a constructive perspective taking them as a useful tool to the Administration in the execution of necessary improvements. Likewise, to provide an input for optimizing the processes related to the road infrastructure management in our country. The report below develops the findings on observed situations in the bridges over the visited National Routes, in the zones: Huetar Atlántica, Brunca, Chorotega, Central y Pacífico Central. Regarding the field trips made between the months of January and April, 2012. There were found weaknesses on the bridge structure management, vehicular contention barriers substitution for the bridges with flexible barriers linked with screws; mostly the bridges require to incorporate the road Safety component within the N°33148-MOPT Decree, railing approach, pedestrian runways and others. This report propitiates carrying out with the required bridge interventions in a way that improves the durability of such structures, so that the resources designated for maintenance are used satisfactorily according to the contract of Public Bidding No. 2009LN -000003-CV.
