La educación es un proceso indispensable que brinda a la sociedad conocimientos para desarrollar habilidades cognitivas y psicomotoras. A su vez, la educación debe de ser un derecho y deber para todas las personas, por el cual su acceso es indiscutible. Por ende, los centros educativos tienen el deber de proteger y mantener a las personas estudiantes dentro del sistema educativo, donde exista un ambiente saludable y próspero.
Por esta razón, el propósito principal de este trabajo de investigación es analizar los procesos de gestión implementadas por la dirección del instituto de educación Dr. Clodomiro Picado Twight para atender la exclusión educativa en el nivel de sétimo año provocada por la pandemia de COVID-19. Asimismo, en esta investigación se estudian puntos, tales como: aspectos históricos, entorno físico y doctrina organizacional del centro educativo. Además, se estudia la gestión de la organización en cuanto a infraestructura, personal, programa educativo y recursos financieros.
En el presente trabajo de investigación es preciso indagar y comprender las concepciones de administración de la educación, calidad de la educación, exclusión educativa, factores de la exclusión educativa y estrategias para atender la exclusión educativa. Conjuntamente, es importante mencionar que este trabajo es de tipo descriptivo, además de poseer un enfoque cuantitativo.
Por consiguiente, en este trabajo se realizó un análisis preciso de los datos obtenidos durante el proceso investigativo. La información fue obtenida por medio de una entrevista dirigida al director, las personas auxiliares administrativas, persona técnica docente y docentes guías de sétimo año. Asimismo, se realizó un cuestionario dirigido a la población estudiantil de sétimo año, personas docentes de sétimo año y personas representantes legales de las y los estudiantes de sétimo año. De manera que, ante el análisis de los datos, surgieron distintas conclusiones y recomendaciones que dieron inicio al desarrollo de un taller de capacitación en estrategias para atender la exclusión educativa en sétimo año.
Education is an essential process which gives to the society a bunch of knowledge to develop cognitive and psychomotor skills. In the same way, education has to be a right and obligation for all people which its access is unquestionable. Hence, educative centers have the duty to keep and protect students within the educative system, where there is a successful and healthy environment. For this reason, the main goal of this investigation is to analyze the management processes implemented by the administration of the Dr. Clodomiro Picado Twight High School to deal with educational exclusion in the seventh graders caused by COVID-19 pandemic. Similarly, in this investigation are considered some points, such as: historic aspects, physical environment, and the education center organizational doctrine. Also, this research studies the organization control in terms of infrastructure, staff, education program, and financial resources. The aim of this paper is to explore and understand precisely the meaning of educational administration, education quality, educational exclusion, school dropout aspects, and strategies to deal with exclusion in education. Therefore, it is important to indicate that this study is descriptive, and it belongs to a quantitative approach. Accordingly, in this paper was made an accurate analysis of the obtained data during the investigative process. The information was achieved by means of interviews undertaken to the principal, administrative assistants, an educational technician, and seventh teaching guides. Likewise, it was made a questionnaire for the seventh graders, teaching staff, and legal representatives of each student. In this sense, in light of data analysis, different conclusions and recommendations arose to initiate to the develop to a training workshop regarding strategies to deal with seventh graders at risk of educational exclusion.
