Abstract
El control temporal de tránsito que pasa por la zona de obra es insuficiente.
Según lo observado en la visita, no se cumplen normas de seguridad básicas en una obra como lo es el uso de chalecos o ropa reflectiva y señalización adecuada para la prevenir accidentes.
Sistemas de desfogue crean socavación en los taludes.
Se han construido sistemas de drenaje los cuales, por sus características de desfogue, crean socavación en el terreno que hace más inestable el talud y puede generar nuevos deslizamientos que ponen en peligro tanto la vía como la propia obra de drenaje construida. Generalmente, los sistemas de drenaje buscan disminuir la energía con la que puede desplazarse el agua de manera que cuando salga de la obra construida no ocasione problemas adicionales.
The temporary control of traffic passing through the work area is insufficient. According to what was observed during the visit, basic safety standards are not complied with in a work such as the use of vests or reflective clothing and adequate signage to prevent accidents. Ventilation systems create scour in the slopes. Drainage systems have been built which, due to their exhaust characteristics, create scour in the terrain that makes the slope more unstable and can generate new landslides that endanger both the road and the constructed drainage work itself. Generally, the drainage systems seek to reduce the energy with which the water can move so that when it leaves the built site it does not cause additional problems.
