Evaluación de prácticas constructivas de conservacion víal

Abstract

La principal alternativa de conservación aplicada por la Administración fue el “bacheo extenso”, sin analizar el impacto de aplicar este tipo de labores a gran escala y sin considerar la conveniencia económica de aplicar otro tipo de intervención que brinde mayor durabilidad y confort al usuario.

La recurrencia de defectos constructivos en la actividad de bacheo, tales como un mal acabado superficial del bache, la segregación por manipulación del material, el abandono de zonas cortadas para bacheo, el abandono del material de escombros en las márgenes de las vías y la mala compactación del fondo de los baches, evidencia que no se realizan inspecciones rigurosas por parte del personal de campo designado por la Administración.

The main conservation alternative applied by the Administration was the "extensive patching", without analyzing the impact of applying this type of work on a large scale and without considering the economic convenience of applying another type of intervention that provides greater durability and comfort to the user.

The recurrence of constructive defects in the activity of patching, such as poor surface finish of the patch, segregation by material handling, abandonment of areas cut for patching, abandonment of debris material on the margins of the tracks and bad compaction of the bottom of the potholes, evidence that rigorous inspections are not carried out by the field personnel designated by the Administration.
