Abstract
A continuación, se presenta un estudio que resalta las opiniones de profesores de enseñanza
secundaria de Costa Rica sobre la implementación de educación STEM/STEAM, la información fue recabada por medio de un cuestionario en línea a través de Google Forms.
Bajo el marco de una serie de conferencias que se realizaron en varias ocasiones a diferentes grupos de profesores, en la cual se exponían aspectos como la concepción, formas de implementar y ambientes de aprendizaje que promueven a la educación STEM/STEAM, expresando sus opiniones sobre temas como estrategias didácticas hasta ambientes de aprendizaje que consideran factibles de utilizar en sus contextos educativos, así como limitaciones que existen al momento de considerar implementar este tipo de
educación, entre otros aspectos.
Next, a study is presented that highlights the opinions of Costa Rican secondary school teachers on the implementation of STEM/STEAM education, the information was collected through an online questionnaire through Google Forms. Under the framework of a series of conferences that were held on several occasions to different groups of teachers, in which aspects such as the conception, ways of implementing and learning environments that promote STEM/STEAM education were exposed, expressing their opinions on topics such as didactic strategies to learning environments that they consider feasible to use in their educational contexts, as well as limitations that exist when considering implementing this type of education, among other aspects.
