Abstract
De la siguiente auditoria, se tiene la siguiente información:
Las actividades de creación de carriles, modificación del ancho de los carriles de diseño y la construcción de bahías para autobuses no constituyen labores de conservación y para su correcta realización debieron estar fundamentadas en diseños estructurales y geométricos específicos, propios de las buenas prácticas de la ingeniería vial.
La ingeniería de proyecto no evaluó el cumplimiento de la empresa al numeral 1.8 de sanciones pecuniarias y por lo tanto no se aplicaron, en las estimaciones analizadas, los castigos correspondientes por incumplimiento al “Reglamento de Dispositivos de Seguridad para Protección de Obras” con los consiguientes problemas de inseguridad en la vía detectados por esta auditoría técnica.
