Abstract
This report presents the speed results corresponding to data obtained from 13 permanent counting stations of the Sectoral Planning Directorate of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation (MOPT). These stations are installed in different points of the National Road Network. The speed distribution for each station is analyzed and compared with the speed from road inventories of the MOPT, according to the control sections where each station is located. Speed data of at least one week were used for each station (with the exception of the Matapalo station, where data of six days were used), so that the temporal behavior was obtained by day of the week and time of the day.
