dc.descriptionEn el marco del proceso de diálogo entre el gobierno colombiano y las Fuerzas ArmadasRevolucionarias de Colombia (FARC), se examina el impacto de las políticas uribistas en lasfronteras con los estados sudamericanos, en tanto variable regional que contribuye a configurarun contexto propicio para el inicio de dicho proceso. La hipótesis de trabajo sostieneque la complejización de las situaciones de seguridad en las fronteras compartidas contribuyerona clarificar la necesidad de establecer el diálogo.es-ES
