Abstract

The aerial parts of Chromolaena connivens afforded in addition to widespread compounds four ent-clerodane derivatives and two epimeric prostaglandin-like acids. A second species, C. turnariensis, only gave widespread compounds. The structures were elucidated by high field NMR techniques.
