Also, it represents a significant cost for the medical care systems, which is completely avoidable by using a proper exercise plan. Finally, the main complication was acute renal failure.Ítem PRUEBA TERAPÉUTICA CON NEOSTIGMINA EN PACIENTE CON MIASTENIA GRAVIS.(2011-10-01 00:00:00) Henríquez Varela, FreddyÍtem GENERALIDADES SOBRE EL MANEJO DE FRACTURAS DE CADERA(2011-10-01 00:00:00) González, BernalHip fractures are a common cause of morbidity and mortality, mainly in elderly people, nevertheless, as world population ́s life expectation grows up, more people is in danger of suffering from this clinical condition. The clinical assessment showed evidence of upper intestinal tract bleeding and abdominal distension, as well as clinical and laboratory findings suggesting intestinal ischemia. An urgent mini-laparotomy was performed in the emergency room and it showed massive colonic distension, so the patient was taken to surgery room for the appropriate and definitive treatment.
