La hepatectomía parcial es una intervención quirúrgica que implica la extirpación parcial de un segmento del hígado. Este procedimiento se realiza comúnmente para tratar lesiones, como tumores. El estudio de caso en enfermería se centra en el desarrollo del proceso de atención de enfermería centrado en los cuidados proporcionados por los profesionales de enfermería, antes, durante y después del procedimiento, en este caso el abordaje se centró abordaje de postoperatorio inmediato de un usuario con hepatectomía parcial, el enfoque de enfermería se centra en la valoración del usuario. Esto implica monitorear signos vitales, controlar el dolor, observar posibles complicaciones como hemorragias, o cambios en la función hepática y garantizar la estabilidad del usuario. Las intervenciones de enfermería incluyen realizar un adecuado plan de atención, de enfermería con los diagnósticos NANDA, las intervenciones NIC y los resultados NOC, la administración de medicamentos según indicaciones médicas, manejo de dispositivos como drenajes, catéteres venosos, arteriales y urinarios, dispositivos de monitoreo hemodinámico invasivos y no invasivos.

Accurate documentation of the patient's progress is essential to ensure comprehensive care and a safe transition to the next phase of recovery.
