dc.description.abstract | We report the draft genome sequence of Raoultella terrigena strain Ech2A causing soft rot on pepper. To verify pathogenicity, Koch’s postulates were performed on sweet pepper. Genes encoding pectinolytic enzymes were found in the genome. | |
