Estrategia educativa en Lactancia Materna dirigida a mujeres en postparto inmediato, para favorecer la instauración de la lactancia exitosa y apego materno neonatal

Resumen
La lactancia materna es una etapa del desarrollo del ser humano determinante desde su nacimiento, ya que fomenta el apego materno infantil y forma parte de una alimentación balanceada, un desarrollo óptimo del lactante.
Durante el desarrollo de esta práctica profesional dirigida se selecciona la metodología de investigación aplicada. Como objetivo general se creó una estrategia educativa en lactancia materna, dirigiéndose en este caso de manera específica en usuarias durante su postparto inmediato, en Hospital la Católica.
La población participante fue de 10 usuarias, con las que se interactuó mediante dos intervenciones, durante la primera parte del proyecto se identifican las necesidades personales en cuanto a su proceso de amamantamiento, de manera directa se realiza la intervención educativa enfocada al acompañamiento, lo anterior utilizando 5 sesiones propuestas en la estrategia educativa. Durante la segunda interacción se evalúa el alcance de la intervención.
Como resultado se observa que las 10 madres se sintieron cómodas y adquirieron una guía que fortalece el proceso de amamantamiento y la instauración del vínculo afectivo
Breastfeeding is a crucial stage in the development of human beings from birth, as it fosters mother-to-child attachment and is part of a balanced diet, optimal development of the infant. The applied research methodology is selected during the development of this directed professional practice. As a general objective, an educational strategy on breastfeeding was created, specifically aimed at users during their immediate postpartum period at Hospital la Católica. The participating population was 10 users, with whom they interacted through two interventions; during the first part of the project, personal needs were identified in terms of their breastfeeding process, the educational intervention focused on accompaniment was carried out directly, the above using 5 sessions proposed in the educational strategy. During the second interaction, the scope of the intervention was evaluated. As a result, it is observed that the 10 mothers felt comfortable and acquired indispensable tools for developing their breastfeeding process.
