Análisis de las estrategias de gestión para la Permanencia, Reincorporación y Éxito Educativo de los estudiantes del Colegio Nocturno Presbítero Enrique Ménzel

Abstract

La investigación analizará desde la gestión administrativa del Colegio Nocturno Pbro. Enrique Ménzel, el manejo que se realiza para la incorporación, permanencia y éxito educativo del estudiantado. Se examinarán los factores que desde la perspectiva docente son que hacen que un estudiante abandone el centro educativo. Esta información se obtiene por medio de un cuestionario que se dirigió a los docentes del colegio. Además de conocer desde el punto de vista docente las diferentes estrategias que aplica la administración educativa para el abordaje de la permanencia, reincorporación de los estudiantes. Seguidamente, desde la gestión educativa, conocer cuáles son los mecanismos que se aplican para la permanencia e incorporación y éxito educativo de los estudiantes. Esto se realiza por medio de una entrevista realizada a la admiración educativa para conocer las diferentes estrategias, protocolos e instrumentos realizados por el centro educativo. Además, se realiza una encuesta al departamento de orientación en donde se pueda identificar los diferentes factores que inciden en el abandono de los estudiantes y como se preparan junto con la gestión y los docentes para atacar los problemas que se presentan los estudiantes. Aquí se analizan los medios de comunicación, las actividades curriculares y extracurriculares, los tipos de ayudas (becas) que presenta en la institución educativa, los protocolos de permanencia y reincorporación que se aplican con los estudiantes vulnerables a dejar el colegio. Finalmente, se pretende dar a conocer una herramienta que ayude al centro educativo en la permanencia, reincorporación y por ende el éxito educativo del estuante para culmine satisfactoriamente sus estudios secundarios.This research analyzes the management that the administrative part of Colegio Nocturno Pbro. Enrique Ménzel carried out to the incorporation, permanence, and educational success of the students. Based on a questionnaire applied to teachers from the institution, this investigation shows the factors that make students drop out from the educational system. Moreover, they express the different strategies applied by the educational administration to address the permanence and reincorporation of students. Besides, on the basis of an interview applied to the educational admiration of the high school, knowing which are the mechanisms applied for the permanence, incorporation, and educational success of the students will be exposed. In addition, knowledge about different strategies of application of protocols and instruments carried out by the educational center. In addition, a survey has been made to the counselors’ team to identify the different factors that influence the students' dropout and how they work together with the principal and teachers to reduce the problems that arise in the different situations presented by the students. On the other hand, it analyzes the ways the institution has to expose relevant information to vulnerable students, the curricular and extracurricular activities and the kind of support provided by the high school such as scholarships, everything in favor of pupils. Finally, it pretends to introduce a tool to help Enrrique Menzel highschool in the permanence, reincorporation, and the educational success of the students to complete their high school studies.
