Abstract

El presente artículo plantea el posicionamiento de Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (1749-1832), respecto a la violencia, principalmente desde su experiencia en el Sitio de Mainz, mediante las nociones de orden y justicia que se presentan en algunos pasajes de su obra.The present article discusses Johann Wolfgang von Goethe’s (1749-1832) stance on violence, primarily based on his experience during the ‘Siege of Mainz’, through the notions of order and justice presented in some passages of his work.
