Décoloniser les perspectives CCO : Écouter les voix des traditions critiques latino-américaines en communication

Abstract

Cet article interroge les approches constitutives de la communication organisationnelle (CCO) en déplaçant le lieu d'énonciation du Nord vers le Sud global, à partir des traditions critiques latino-américaines de la communication (organisationnelle). À cette fin, nous problématisons l'idée de « donner la parole », commune parmi les tendances émergentes en CCO. La relation humain-non humain-nature du Buen Vivir, ainsi que 'agenda de communication pour le changement social, axes d'une théorisation transformatrice, invitent à une posture facilitatrice pour la « prise de la parole » et « 'l'écoute de la pluralité des voix ».

This article questions the communicative constitution of organizations approach (CCO) by shifting the locus of enunciation from the North to the Global South, taking the perspective of Latin American critical traditions on (organizational) communication. To this end, we problematise the idea of “giving voice”, common in emerging CCO trends. The human-non-human-nature relationality of Buen Vivir, as well as the communication for social change agenda, axes of transformative theorising, invite the adoption of a position that facilitates 'taking the floor' and 'listening to the plurality of voices'.
