Abstract
Este trabajo de investigación se desarrolla en 6 capítulos, el primer capítulo contiene una introducción al tema objeto de estudio, la justificación, los objetivos planteados, la identificación del problema, las variables, así como las delimitaciones y limitaciones encontradas en el proceso de investigación llevado a cabo. En el segundo capítulo, se visualiza el marco referencial, donde se mencionan los antecedentes y generalidades más importantes de la comunidad de Tucurrique y del Centro Agrícola Cantonal de Jiménez, características en donde se pretende implementar la figura del consorcio para la explotación de la fruta del pejibaye, esto con el fin de analizar a nivel macro y micro la localidad e institución base del proyecto. En el tercer capítulo se muestra el marco teórico, que incluye una revisión bibliográfica de los conceptos sobre la figura del consorcio que considera aspectos como su definición, antecedentes, características, tipos, beneficios, fases para su conformación, estructura organizacional, disposiciones legales entre otros. En el cuarto capítulo se encuentra el marco metodológico, el cual incluye la pregunta, el tipo de investigación, los participantes y su selección, los instrumentos, el proceso y el análisis de los datos recolectados a utilizar en el desarrollo de la investigación. En el quinto capítulo, se realiza un diagnóstico sobre la capacidad productiva y el potencial comercial y de rentabilidad de los productos derivados del fruto del pejibaye en la actualidad y su desarrollo en el corto, mediano y largo plazo. Posteriormente en el sexto capítulo, se elabora una propuesta de consorcio para la comercialización del fruto de pejibaye y derivados enfocado en el Centro Agrícola Cantonal de Jiménez, como potencial institución líder en dicho proceso. Finalmente, en el capítulo siete se detallan las conclusiones obtenidas del desarrollo de la investigación y las oportunidades de mejora que dicho trabajo permitió determinar.
This research work is developed in 6 chapters, the first chapter contains an introduction to the topic under study, the justification, the objectives, the identification of the problem, the variables, as well as the delimitations and limitations found in the research process carried out. In the second chapter, the referential framework is visualized, where the most important background and generalities of the community of Tucurrique and the Cantonal Agricultural Center of Jiménez are mentioned, characteristics where it is intended to implement the figure of the consortium for the exploitation of the fruit of the pejibaye, this in order to analyze at a macro and micro level the locality and base institution of the project. The third chapter shows the theoretical framework, which includes a bibliographic review of the concepts about the figure of the consortium that considers aspects such as its definition, background, characteristics, types, benefits, phases for its formation, organizational structure, legal provisions, among others. In the fourth chapter is the methodological framework, which includes the question, the type of research, the participants and their selection, the instruments, the process and the analysis of the data collected to be used in the development of the research. In the fifth chapter, a diagnosis is made of the productive capacity and the commercial and profitability potential of the products derived from the fruit of the pejibaye at present and their development in the short, medium and long term. Subsequently, in the sixth chapter, a consortium proposal is prepared for the commercialization of pejibaye fruit and derivatives focused on the Cantonal Agricultural Center of Jiménez, as a potential leading institution in said process. Finally, chapter seven details the conclusions obtained from the development of the research and the opportunities for improvement that this work allowed to determine.
