Abstract

Apoyados en la ‘comunidad jurídica’ de su tiempo, los jurisconsultos republicanos inventaron la Iurisprudentia y con ella lograron prolongar prodigiosamente, al interior de Roma, durante varios siglos, un orden tentativamente justo y racional entre la barbarie del pasado monárquico y la barbarie del futuro imperial. Pero su invento, la Iurisprudentia, sobrevivió al Imperio Romano, fecundó la cultura jurídica occidental y renace incesantemente, como el Ave Fénix, en el pensamiento de los juristas.The republican jurisconsult invented the Iurisprudentia, suported at the time by a ‘juridic community’. With this Iurisprudentia and for many centuries inside Rome, they prodigiously accomplish to lenghten an attempt for a rational and fair Order, among the barbarity from the Past and the barbarity of the imperial Future. Due to this creation, the Iurisprudentia survived the Roman Empire, impregnating the Juridic Western Culture and constantly reborned like a Phoenix, in the jurist thinking.
