Detalles estructurales de la especie Nothrus willmanni Mahunka 1983

Abstract

En la descripción original de la especie Nothrus willmanni Mahunka 1983, se registra que esta especie presenta algunos caracteres únicos en este género. Sin embargo, algunos detalles estructurales no fueron incluidos, quizás porque los caracteres diagnósticos son tan evidentes que no se consideró de interés algunos otros caracteres. Se aprovecha el material recolectado en Costa Rica para hacer el informe de la presencia en el país y al mismo tiempo presentar algunos detalles de la morfología externa que pueden ser de utilidad en la determinación de la especie y una mejor caracterización de la misma.

In the original description of the species Nothrus willmanni Mahunka 1983, it is recorded that this species presents some unique characters in this genus. However, some structural details were not included, perhaps because the diagnostic characters are so obvious that no interest is considered some other characters. The material collected in Costa Rica is used to make the report of the presence in the country and at the same time present some details of external morphology that may be useful in determining the species and a better characterization of it.
