Due to the problems evidenced by the large gaps that emerge on the issue of nutritional food security and its relationship with the sustainability of agricultural systems, this research was born in order to develop a sustainable food and nutrition security plan in the district of Katira. To generate this plan, a diagnosis of the farms was made, where a questionnaire was applied to obtain basic data from the producers and each of the productive units was georeferred, then to know the state of food security, the tool Latin American and Caribbean Food Security Scale (ELCSA) was used, where it was determined that of the households under study, 53% of the households presented mild insecurity and 47% of the households in the study. households presented food security. Then, to know the degree of sustainability of the farms, a modification of the instrument for the assessment and continuous improvement of the sustainability of the family production units of Mesén (2013) was applied, it showed that the farms on average have a 58.6% sustainability. Taking into account the valuation of sustainability and the FNS, the WCC was elaborated According to these data, two proposals were established: the first called management of the resources of the farm that improves agricultural production to strengthen sustainable food and nutritional security and the second calledsocio-productive lianzas and improvement of the agribusiness management of the farms.
